"Villa Di Zio Vasco" …We visited the Tuscan wine country and there befriended Zio Vasco and his niece, Maria Teresa, and her husband, Allesandro.  Vasco has a half acre and raises grapes, olives and a few farm animals.  From his farm/vineyard, he produces olive oil, vinsanto, lemoncello, and "solo un mil" (only 1000) bottles of wine per year.  Poor guy.  They asked me to paint a picture of his villa and farm.  As a result, we were treated to a dinner of wine, vinsanto, spaghetti, and… a delicacy…"pigs head".
